🎤”… WE ARE MORE THAN CONQUERORS THROUGH HIM WHO LOVED US” (Rom 8:37)
Do you remember what we discussed yesterday on the importance of putting our trust in God? Indeed, it pays to do so. Today, St. Paul gives us a beautiful message that assures us that it is not a mistake to do that.
The message, as was begun yesterday, is that if you are in God, you will fear no evil, neither shall you ever be in want because God is more than able to do all things for you (cf. Rom 8:31-39). No power on earth can stand against him, and that is why Jesus was able to challenge Herod in his own territory (cf. Luke 13:31-35).
That challenge you are passing through at the moment cannot be more than Jesus. Forget about looking for solutions in wrong places. Jesus is the ultimate. It is in him that we shall become victors, and prosper in the land.
Are you ready to stand with Jesus always? Do not allow the worldly cares to deny you of that priceless position around him.
May God continue to enrich us in his grace which will enable us to remain steadfast in Christ and so emerge triumphant over all that seek to pull us down. Amen.
Have a blessed and spiritually fortified day ahead. Peace be with you.
