🎤”OUR HELP COMES FROM THE LORD WHO MADE HEAVEN AND EARTH” (Psalm 121:2)

Beloved in Christ, join me in thanking God for his saving mercy. It is his mercy that has kept me going against all odds. May his name be glorified both now and forever. Amen.

Our God is so faithful that he cannot commission you for a mission without a provision. I believe that Elijah understood this so well such that he trusted God and remained so faithful to him. God, on his part never failed to keep his promise to his people. He can go as far as using uncommon situations to keep us up (cf. 1Kings 17:1-6).

Note that in that passage (1Kings 17:1-6), the power of God is evident. This God empowered the prophet over the King such that the prophet was in control of the duration of the drought. He also promised and ensured protection and provision for the prophet.

He is ever present, trying to influence our lives positively. So trust him when he says that you are blessed (see the Beatitudes, Matt 5:1-12). But note that those blessings come with corresponding responsibilities. Work to have them.

As you begin this new working week, trust this faithful God and be faithful to him in return that the blessings he already destined for you might not elude you.

Have a beautiful week ahead under the protection and provision of God. Amen.

Peace be with you.
