🎤”LET IT BE DONE FOR YOU AS YOU DESIRE” (Matt 15:28)
Did you say ‘AMEN’ to that? I just hope you did.
The Catechism of the Christian Doctrine defines faith as “a supernatural gift of God, which enables us to believe without doubting whatever God has revealed.” That is in line with the words of the Scriptures in Heb 11:1, “Faith is the guarantee of the things we hope for, and the certainty of the things that we do not see.”
In Exod 34:12, God already promised to drive away the inhabitants of the Promised Land and give it to the people of Israel. But in Num 13:31, some of the representatives of the people brought up an evil report against the land and undermined the power of God whey declared, “We are not able to go up against the people; for they are stronger than we.”
The result is that they began to perish just as they thought. They allowed their problem to grow bigger than their faith and consume them.
That is unlike the Canaanite woman in Matt 15:21-28, who understood what she needed and PUSHED for it despite the seeming rejection by Jesus. No wonder someone described the word, ‘PUSH’ as an acronym for ‘Pray Until Something Happens’.
My dear, nothing would stop Jesus from moving away even a mountain before you (cf. Matt 17:21) if only you would have faith in him. Never consider the magnitude of your problem against the power of God because his hands are never too short to save (cf. Isa 59:1).
May his mighty hands deliver you from the giants that threaten your progress and uproot whatever barrier that threatens your salvific union with Christ. Amen.
I wish you a miraculous day. Peace be with you.
Amen….. it’s inspiring to hear such a comforting word of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in d early hours of d morning, God bless our hustle and works of our hands…… amen….
