🎤”… YOUR REDEMPTION IS DRAWING NEAR” (Luke 21:28)
Yes! In the spirit of the season, which places us in the mood of the end time and the parousia – the second coming of Christ – we can say that our redemption is near. Yet, in a way, we can safely say that our redemption is already here because Jesus is already and always with us (see Matt 28:20). He is Immanuel – God-with-us!
If then God be for us, who can be against us? Nobody! It is because God is with us that we know with certainty that our salvation is sure. The experience of Daniel in the lion’s den (cf. Dan 6:11-27) gives us a practical example of that.
Listen to the testimony of Daniel from the lion’s den, “My God sent his angel and shut the lions’ mouths, and they have not hurt me, because I was found blameless before him” (Dan 6:22). Can God find you blameless before him when he comes? That is the only condition that would enable you have a share in that redemption.
May God grant us the grace to work hard at all times to remain blameless before him so that we can enjoy his protection and provision always. Amen.
Have a wonderful experience of God today and beyond. Peace be with you.
