🎤GOD IS THE HOPE OF THE HOPELESS

Did you notice the number of years that the Israelites spent in Egypt before God rescued them? 430 years (cf. Exod 12:40) was indeed a long time to breed hopelessness. It is true that not all those years were spent in oppression and slavery but a good percentage of it must have been spent that way.

It does not matter to God how long you have been suffering; his focus is on saving you, and he shall do that in his own time.

The Gospel also says that in his name would the Gentiles hope (Matt 12:21). Everyone is welcomed under his mantle. You too are welcomed. We all are!

May he restore your hope in him today and cause you to experience great joy in his presence at all times. Amen.

Have a fulfilled weekend. Peace be with you.
