????CRY OUT TO GOD IN PRAYER!

My dear, the Psalmist said in Psalm 34:19 that, “Many are the troubles of the just, but the Lord delivers them from them all.” I think the Book of Job was written to remind us about that.????????

Following God is really not an easy thing and Jesus even made it very open to us when he said, “If anyone wants to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross and follow me” (Matt 16:24).➕

However, the joyous thing is that nothing can weigh anyone who trusts firmly in God down because Jesus had also said, “Come to me, all you labour hard and are overburdened, and I will give you rest” (Matt 11:28).????

So, please do accept Jesus’ invitation today. He is bigger than all your problems. Do not attempt to find the solution in your own way without consulting Jesus. Imagine the mistake the sons of Zebedee would have made if they had not consulted Jesus about their plan to destroy a Samaritan town that refused them passage (cf. Luke 9:51-56).????

Always pray to God when faced with difficult situations.????????

When you are one with God, he will help you see things as he would see them and wade through difficult situations easily. So, do not attempt to stand alone lest problems crush you. Stand with God in prayer and he will take care of you.????

St Vincent de Paul was ordained a priest at a very tender age (before he was twenty years) but he never allowed his youthful exuberance to take better side of him. Instead, he learnt to mortify himself in order to help those who are in need. That led him to form Congregations of Priests and Religious that are charged with missions and charity. And he was able to succeed in all those because of his union with God.????????

May you always come into his presence (Ps 88:3) and find favour in his sight so that you may understand and follow his will at all times (Exod 33:13), amen.????????

I wish you a glorious day ahead. It is well with you.????????
