🎤”THERE IS NOW NO CONDEMNATION FOR THOSE WHO ARE IN CHRIST JESUS” (Rom 8:1)
That sounds good to the ear, does it not? I think it is quite consoling and it is meant for everyone of us irrespective of whatever we might be passing through at the moment.
Jesus Christ has died for us and saved us. He also paid all our debts. And no one can speak when he has not spoken. Now he says that everything about you is beautiful (cf. Gen 1:31), why would listen to the devil who says you shall be made ugly?
💥He says that your future shall be peaceful, good and protected (cf. Jer 29:11), why do you pay attention to those who says you shall be useless?
💥He says that you shall have life in abundance (cf. John 10:10), why are you now afraid of the enemy who threatens to destroy your life?
💥He says that all the debts in your past life have been paid for (cf. John 19:30), who dare now condemns you to perpetual slavery?
My beloved, understand who you are. You are the apple of God’s eyes. Once you stay away from sin, you will remain in Christ and Christ in you. Then you will bear good fruits (cf. John 15:5; see also Luke 13:6-9), no Pilate can threaten your life (see Luke 13:1-5).
May God give us the grace to remain in him at all times, bearing good fruits and sharing in his love and protection. Amen.
Have a happy and restful weekend. Peace be with you.
